How to properly fry honey mushrooms with onions in a frying pan: recipe with photos and videos

Sometimes you really want to diversify your lunch or dinner, so honey mushrooms fried with onions and eggs will be a great solution. And the preparation of the dish itself does not require much effort.

  • Honey mushrooms – 700 g;
  • Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • Onions – 5 pcs.;
  • Hunting sausages – 1 pc.;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Chopped parsley - 2 tbsp. l.

A step-by-step description of the recipe will tell you how to properly fry honey mushrooms with onions and eggs in a frying pan.

  1. Boil the peeled honey mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain through a colander and leave to drain.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, cut the sausage into thin slices, place in a frying pan with heated oil and fry until golden brown.
  3. In a separate frying pan, fry the mushrooms in oil until golden brown and add to the onions and sausage.
  4. Beat eggs into sour cream, add salt to taste, add chopped herbs and crushed garlic.
  5. Beat with a whisk, pour into mushrooms, onions and sausage, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

  • Hard cheese – 200 g;
  • Salt and ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.

How should you fry frozen honey mushrooms with onions to make a tasty and satisfying dish?

  1. The onion is peeled and cut into half rings or cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, frying until transparent.
  3. Frozen mushrooms are placed separately in a frying pan and fried over high heat until the liquid evaporates.
  4. Place in a frying pan with onions and fry until golden brown.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste, add lemon juice and mix.
  6. Grated cheese is poured on top, the frying pan is covered with a lid, and the mushroom mass is stewed for 15 minutes. until the cheese melts.
