Cooking method

Soak the peas in cold water for 3-4 hours. Cook smoked ribs for 1-1.5 hours, until the meat separates from the bones. Peel the onions, potatoes and carrots, cut them in the same way as for any soup - potatoes into large cubes, carrots and onions into small cubes. Place the peas on the bones and cook for 30 minutes.
