How to develop your voice at home. How to develop a singing voice: simple tips and simple exercises. Repeat tongue twisters ten times

Over the past fifteen to twenty years, family song culture has practically disappeared in Russia, and this is a very serious loss.

Previously, the song sounded constantly: adults sang, gathering at the same table; mothers sang as they put their babies to bed.

People sang just like that: going on a hike, digging potatoes, doing spring cleaning.

And yet, song traditions are gradually returning.

Today, a huge number of people dream of not just singing, but doing it correctly and beautifully. Not everyone has the opportunity to study vocals with a professional teacher. In this case, try to learn to sing on your own at home.

How to learn to sing at home: developing the breathing apparatus

Karaoke is a real find for lovers of singing. Many people sing at home, in karaoke clubs, with friends and just for themselves. There are talented people who are given a voice by nature, and then they may well find themselves in the profession of a vocalist.

How to learn to sing at home? First of all, understand that it won’t work out easily and quickly. If you want to achieve a truly good result, you will have to work in three directions:

Develop proper breathing;

Learn to articulate correctly;

Choose a suitable repertoire.

So how to breathe correctly and why is it important for those who want to learn to sing? The problem is that many amateurs sing well, but they do not have the volume and power of sound. This happens because the layperson exhales the air immediately without holding it in. The air runs out, the muscles relax - the sound is lost.

The most main mistake- inhale air into the upper part of the lungs. With such shallow breathing, the shoulders and collarbones rise, and tension in the neck and ligaments occurs. You won’t get a beautiful “flight” sound.

How to understand what correct breathing is? There is a very simple way. You need to lie down, relax and imagine yourself sleeping. During sleep, a person breathes most physiologically. Air is drawn into the lower parts of the lungs. This can be understood by the fact that it is not the chest that rises in a sleeping person, but the stomach.

This is exactly how a person who wants to learn to sing at home, without a teacher, needs to learn to breathe with his stomach. It is not by chance that such breathing is called diaphragmatic. The air-filled lungs in the lower part expand and begin to put pressure on the diaphragm. A good breathing support is created, without which it will not be possible to get a strong, clear sound. The diaphragm is the secret to proper breathing and successful vocal training.

To check whether you are breathing correctly, stand against a wall, straighten your shoulders and inhale, placing your hand or (for clarity) some elongated object on your stomach: a comb, a small umbrella. If you feel that your hand has moved forward or you see how your stomach has “pushed” an object, everything is in order: this is exactly it, breathing with your stomach, or with your diaphragm.

Now you need to train your muscles with special exercises. The more you practice, the faster and better you will learn to sing. In fact, the stronger and longer you pull the sound, the stronger the tension in the muscles should be. This will help you sing the entire musical phrase, or even two, without tension, beautifully and fully.

If you inhale air and immediately exhale, the end of the phrases will simply “smear” or not sound at all. This is why an amateur singer often does not “reach” a line to the end. To avoid a common mistake, you need to learn to hold the breathing support constantly.

Regular abdominal pumping is a good help, but there are also professional exercises.

Exhale as much air as possible, then, without drawing air into the chest, breathe “press”, inhaling and exhaling with effort. This exercise is designed specifically to develop the diaphragm; you cannot breathe this way while singing! Inhalation is done through the nose. As you inhale, the stomach retracts, and as you exhale, it protrudes slightly. The pace of inhalation and exhalation should gradually increase as the diaphragm strengthens.

Classic academic exercise for the diaphragm: imitate a shout. Imagine that you need to call out to a person located at a far distance. Shout “hey!”, feeling your diaphragm tighten. Do 8–10 of these “shouts.”

How to breathe correctly when singing? Take in air through your nose, filling the lower part of your lungs as much as possible. Inhalation should be silent, free, natural. Chest or clavicular breathing is unacceptable: you will simply become out of breath when singing and overload your ligaments. This is fraught with loss of voice, hoarseness, and sore throat.

You need to train daily. This is the main condition for success: the respiratory and articulatory apparatus must receive a constant load in order to be in good shape and maintain strength. A well-developed diaphragm is elastic and strong. Thanks to it, you can gradually develop your technique and learn to sing well.

How to learn to sing at home: important exercises

Daily exercises must include exercises to strengthen ligaments and articulation. The initial task is to learn how to get rid of tension in the throat and relax the ligaments. You will need to master a “vocal mask” - this is a special facial expression that allows you to sing sounds easier, stronger, and more beautifully.

Exercise “Wide Throat”:

Make a “vocal mask”: smile slightly, feeling the tension in your cheekbones;

Pull out your tongue while maintaining the “smile mask.” To make it easier, you can hold your cheeks with your fingers;

While maintaining this facial expression, breathe like a dog, at different paces. It is important to feel tension in the abs, coolness and relaxation in the neck. You can help yourself by placing a pencil, a sushi stick, or a pen on your tongue;

Maintaining the position of your tongue and cheeks, lower your jaw as low as possible and continue to breathe;

Leave the facial muscles in this position and pronounce the sound “a”, pushing it out with your stomach.

In this position, the ligaments rest.

The most important quality of correct singing is correct articulation, that is, clear pronunciation of vowels and consonants.

Articulation development exercise.

Include the original song. It's good if you remember the words by heart. If not, you need to have the text in front of your eyes.

Take a thick marker or felt-tip pen and hold it between your teeth. The main task is to hold the felt-tip pen while pronouncing words. Make sure that your upper teeth hang over the felt-tip pen: this will make it easier to sing the sound.

You don't need to try to sing at first, it's important to say the words. The tongue at this moment should not be either under or above the felt-tip pen. When pronouncing, he will constantly encounter an obstacle and get tired. This is a serious workout for the muscles.

After doing the exercise two or three times, you can move on to singing the text. Do three repetitions of the chant.

Now you can sing without a felt-tip pen. The point is that the articulatory apparatus remembers the position of the facial muscles, at which it will be easy for him to sing. Thus, the exercise allows you not only to improve articulation, but also to get used to the “vocal mask”.

Certainly, do not ignore tongue twistersrequired element developing clear diction for all artists. When pronouncing tongue twisters, pay attention to the endings of words: they cannot be “swallowed”; the phrase must sound clear from beginning to end.

Some exercises are great for simultaneously training the respiratory organs, vocal cords, and diaphragm breathing exercises according to Strelnikova. Many singers practice this system, why not beginner vocalists? The basis of this paradoxical system is a special breath through the nose. It should be sharp, short and noisy. But the exhalation should be completely unnoticed, light, it should be done with the mouth. You need to focus on inhalation.

Exercise "Pump".

Make a half-bow, lowering your arms freely. The back is rounded, feet shoulder-width apart.

Make the tilt stronger, as if you were actually working with a pump, and at the same time inhale sharply.

Take the original position along with a silent exhalation.

Repeat. One cycle of exercise – eight breaths. The full exercise is 12 cycles.

Exercise "Hug your shoulders" aims to expand the lower part of the lungs, which is very important for singers. When inhaling, the chest should tighten and all the air will rush down.

Place your arms parallel to the floor, bending your elbows. One hand is placed on top of the other.

Sharply, while inhaling, throw your arms towards each other, hugging yourself by the shoulders and simultaneously squeezing your chest.

As you exhale, release the compression and return to the original position.

The number of repetitions is the same.

Another great exercise should be done in the same way as the Pump. However, you need to place your hands on your stomach. Simultaneously with the bend, press on the press and pronounce syllables with any consonants and vowels “i”, “u”, “o”, “e”. It will turn out very similar to the classic chant “mi-mu-me-mo”, “ri-ru-re-ro”, etc. The exercise helps develop respiratory support and voice.

How to learn to sing at home: choosing a repertoire

It's time to choose the right repertoire. It's not as simple as it might seem. It is important to catch the tonality (voice pitch) at which the cords will work as comfortably as possible, without tension. If the song is “yours”, the sound will flow freely, without clamps.

First try to sing individual sounds in unison (same sound) to the selected song. This means that two sounds of the same pitch will sound simultaneously: your voice and the music. If there are any at home musical instrument or a tuning fork, it’s easier to make the sound clear. Select the sound with your voice so that it matches and merges with the instrument or tuning fork. To begin with, you can do this without opening your lips, that is, simply hum.

If there are recordings of your favorite song performed by a professional artist, and if the key suits you, start singing. Try to copy the singer’s intonations, facial expressions, and movements - this will help you master the singing technique. Ideally, your voice and the artist's voice should merge completely.

The next step is to try to sing karaoke or the backing track of the chosen song. Be sure to record your performance and listen to it. When a person sings, he does not hear himself. Analysis of the recording will allow you to see errors and work on them. For example, if you are out of tune somewhere, that is, you are not in tune, you need to work on this fragment.

Children's songs are very helpful in learning to sing. They usually have a narrow range and a pleasant and understandable melody. When the children's repertoire is mastered, you can switch to popular music, romances, folk songs that you like.

If you know foreign language- Amazing. Songs by foreign performers will significantly expand your repertoire. If you don’t know, that’s fine: thanks to music you can learn a language. The main thing is that the work should be technically simple, sound within one octave (that is, there should not be too much difference between low and high sounds) and have simple lyrics.

Ask well-meaning relatives or friends who have an ear for music to listen to you sing. Don't take criticism with hostility. After all, you are just learning to sing, so every comment will only help.

Not all people know that you can create your own voice and do not need to sign up for special classes.

But first you need to understand the most important and basic things.

You should feel all the vibrations in your body when you say something.

Why this is so important - the punch analogy

Let's give an analogy with a boxing fist blow.

  • When the right blow is thrown, the whole body is invested in it. It's not just one fist pumping.
    The body, when struck correctly, is not static and is also invested in it, and only then the blow becomes 10 times stronger and more dangerous for the enemy.
  • If you don't use your body's strength When you hit with your fist and you don’t put any effort into it, it won’t be a blow, but just a movement with one hand.

You should apply the same thing in conversation.

You must include your whole body in expressing yourself.

Take a deep breath and then speak, otherwise no one will hear you.

2. Use the right key

There are 3 types of tones in total:

  1. seeking/needing;
  2. normal;
  3. torn.

Seeking or needing tonality (1)

Also on the street, beggars approach people on the street and ask for money. It's a seeker trying to please rapport.

For example:

  • Can you tell me the time?
  • Would you like to eat some delicious pizza with me?
  • My computer is broken, please fix it.

This is unattractive and disgusting.

Normal key (2)

When you talk to a person completely neutrally, without any special emotions.

For example:

  • We're doing well today.
  • I had a good time in the park.
  • Dad bought a new car.

Torn Rapport (3)

From the outside, in terms of presentation, this tone looks as if you don’t want anything from this person and as if you don’t really want to talk to him.

With this tone, you don’t try to impress your interlocutor, you try less and stress less.

This tone will be useful for men to lead with women.

Examples of 3 keys:

  • In general, we had a great time the day before yesterday.
  • Great T-shirt you have.
  • We are now going to our favorite place by the river.

To be centered and to be in a permanent state when communicating, you need to speak with most people in a torn to normal tone. If most of the time your voice is between ragged and normal tonality, and you also diversify it sometimes with seeking rapport, then your voice will be cheeky and funny at the same time. It will be fun and varied at the same time.

Therefore, use all three types of tonality skillfully, and then you will know everything about how to deliver speech and voice. You will have a charming and unique tonality.

Remember that confidence plays a key role in communication. self confidence for girls you can read the link on our website.

3. Get rid of excess mucus in your mouth first thing in the morning.

In the morning, everyone has this mucus and saliva in their mouth, which needs to be gotten rid of. They don't allow your voice to open up.

Due to mucus in the mouth, people often speak through their nose, as if they were dubbing pirated films. All voice and speech exercises are performed much easier and more productive if there is no excess mucus in the oral cavity.

To get rid of mucus in your mouth as soon as you wake up clean your tongue with toothpaste and a brush first thing in the morning!

That is, when you go to brush your teeth, you also brush your tongue.

Thus, all excess mucus comes out of the mouth. Cough up. You will know when enough is enough.

The procedure is not so pleasant, but very useful. Takes approximately 3 – 4 minutes.

4. Warm up and stretch vowel sounds starting from high notes to low notes

Otherwise, there will be internal resistance and the voice will not be congruent. ABOUT congruence we tell you in detail.

If you don't warm up, then everything you say and do will degrade and degrade your communication and expression.

To avoid worrying about how to develop a beautiful voice timbre, use this useful exercise.

Say these sounds in the same order, in which they are indicated:

When performing a vocal exercise for the voice with these sounds from “I” to “U”, you go on a scale from high notes to low notes.

Walk through these sounds 2 times. You start with a high “I” sound and end with a low “U” sound.

It relaxes and opens your throat.

All our exercises will help those who will subsequently express themselves openly and will not be ashamed of their voice.

We have a complete article on our website about how to stop being shy about people. It can be found.

5. Moo

Mooing means making the “M” sound. This is a well-known singing exercise and must be done correctly.

When mooing correctly, your lips should itch.

If the inside of your throat itches, then you need to raise your neck higher.

Errors:

  1. Don't take in too much air.
  2. No need to moo like a cow. This is not at all effective and will not help development in any way.
  3. When mooing and raising their voices, men or women may experience painful sensations in the throat. Stop immediately if these symptoms begin.
  4. During this exercise, do not try to hit any high notes. That is, hum at a neutral volume that does not bother you in any way.
  5. There is no need to strain your facial muscles or jaw. Everything is in a calm, relaxed position, the same as when pronouncing the short sound “M”.

6. Relieve tension in your throat and mouth

Execution order:

You begin to tense your mouth, throat and neck a little, and thereby you exercise and expand the capabilities of your voice when communicating.

  • Tension is released and released from your neck, throat and mouth.
  • The voice and throat opens.
  • You begin to speak clearer and more clearly.
  • You begin to breathe deeper.
  • The capabilities of the language when speaking begin to be used more.

You can see how to perform this exercise visually in one of our video lessons on how to create a voice yourself.

7. Good neck stretch

The exercise will be especially useful for those who spend a lot of time at the computer and want to know everything about how to develop their voice on their own.

In people with sedentary work, the neck and head are often compressed into an uncomfortable position, the chin is kept too low.

How to perform:

  1. Place your tongue on the upper teeth in the middle.
  2. Then raise your head and gently stretch your neck, slightly tilting it up, left, right, and forward.
  3. It's similar to how you stretch your muscles before you start lifting in the gym.

Pros of Stretching neck is that you begin to project your voice better, especially in noisy places.

For a visual demonstration of the exercise, see below in the next series. free videos lessons for voice training from scratch.

8. Repeating the word “Glap”

The essence of the exercise is that:

  • The voice becomes louder, clearer.
  • It becomes easier to control and project it.

To see how to clearly perform the exercise, watch the next video in the series on how to train your voice for singing at home.

9. Lip trilling is very useful for voice production.

This exercise is a bit like simulating a car engine. With it you will be able to put your voice correctly, especially when there is a visual video lesson below.

It doesn't matter how it looks from the outside. The main thing is that it is effective.

The meaning of this is that:

  1. You relax your lips and imitate that trill sound.
  2. The vibration of the lips due to the exhalation of air makes them more mobile.
  3. At the same time, you can make smooth movements with your neck, making it more relaxed. But this is optional.

It's like when little boys played with cars in the sandbox when they were kids.

For more details on how to perform the exercise, see the next video on how to develop a beautiful voice.

10. Exercise for diction

We pronounce any text with our mouth closed

How to perform in detail:

  1. Take any text or newspaper and start reading it with your mouth closed.
  2. You close your lips, but your teeth should be open.
  3. First, inhale a lot of air and begin.

Maybe it won't work out so well at first.

But, gradually, even with your mouth closed, your speech will be better perceived by people and will become more understandable.

Know that the result will come, don’t lose motivation and.

What are the advantages?:

  • Once you open your mouth, your speech will become even more intelligible. So, little by little you will be able to develop your beautiful voice.
  • Your speech will become pleasant, harmonious and clear.

How to clearly perform the exercise, see the next special video on how to improve your voice at home, pronouncing the text with your mouth closed.

11. Repeat tongue twisters 10 times

The point is that the muscles of the mouth expand and it becomes easier to communicate.

The effect of the exercise will be twice as great, if you repeat the tongue twister with your mouth closed. We talked about this above in the 10th method.

There are a lot of different tongue twisters. For example:

  • “Sashka has cones and checkers in his pocket”;
  • “Mother gave Romasha whey from the yogurt.”

Choose 2 - 3 of your favorites and start repeating each one 10 times. This last method will answer all your questions about how to improve your voice and diction.

Conclusion

After doing the exercises, you will want to get rid of excess mucus in your mouth.

This is very good sign and that's okay.

By doing these exercises in the morning, you will notice how your voice will noticeably improve in a month. Take some time for yourself.

Don't forget about confidence

Confidence is the main parameter for a good voice.

Speak with confidence and without hesitation.

Now you know everything about how to create your own voice for singing.

Invest time in developing yourself, and the results will not be long in coming.

Talented and beautiful singing evokes admiration among others, so many people want to learn how to sing. Of course, you can go to study at a music school or take special master classes. But the problem of how to develop a voice can be solved at home. The main thing is to know the principles on which professional vocals are based.

How to develop your voice?

To learn to sing beautifully, you need to be able to control your vocal cords. This is achieved by performing certain exercises. Walking past a music school or college, you can hear students chanting sounds. This is one of those exercises. Ligaments are muscles that need to be constantly exercised. Professional musicians have been doing this since childhood, so we listen to their voices.

There are other exercises on how to develop a singing voice:

  • recite syllables that contain voiceless and voiced consonants;
  • read prose out loud, drawing out sentences like a song;
  • sing tongue twisters;
  • Practice articulation by opening your mouth as wide as possible when singing.

The deep, chesty voice sounds especially beautiful. It can also be developed, but first check to see if it’s normal for you. Place your palm on your chest and sing something. If you feel a vibration behind your chest with your hand, then you have a chest voice.

How to learn to sing at home?

If you have seriously decided to develop your singing talents and want to learn how to practice and develop your voice at home, then listen to yourself more often. You can record your own sounds on a voice recorder and then analyze them. In addition, proper breathing is responsible for proper singing, and it will have to be developed. Otherwise, you will not be able to finish the song and will begin to choke.

  1. Start your morning with breathing exercises. Take 7-8 short breaths and 1 long exhale.
  2. When singing, make sure that your chest does not sway. The air should sink into the abdomen, which can swell and deflate, while the chest should remain motionless.
  3. While singing, breathe only through your nose.
  4. Don't raise your head. By stretching your larynx, you prevent yourself from singing.

To develop your musical voice, you can use the services of a vocal coach. It is not at all necessary to study for years, unless, of course, you are going to conquer the world. You can take several lessons, during which the teacher can test your hearing, train your voice and teach you how to express emotions in a song. Beautiful singing cannot exist without a soul, and therefore, when performing a song, put your experiences and feelings into it.

A beautiful, ringing, low voice always attracts the attention of other people to your person. Such a person with well-developed vocal cords only needs to say a few words for other people to pay attention to him. People around him are simply interested in learning about the owner of such a wonderful voice. Sounding in a low voice, first of all, should be possessed by men. Then women will pay much more attention to him and will strive to talk to him (read also - ?). After all, you must admit that it’s nice when, being in a restaurant and saying something to the waiter or the person with whom you came to this establishment, all the women, and men too, look at you in fascination. People are not born with a developed voice - they acquire it. Just as muscles are trained for their growth (for example, in order to be better developed they are constantly trained), so the voice should be trained. Sometimes, in order to have a well-trained voice, you can do without special training. But he doesn’t just come. All the same, a person somehow develops it - for example, he constantly communicates and monitors his diction, or often sings songs with a guitar. That is, he systematically trains his vocal cords without realizing it.

Developing your voice is useful not only for singers, people performing on stage with their speech, but also for ordinary people. There are some exercises that will change your voice for the better. And you will definitely gain a greater advantage in the market. People are unconsciously drawn to and show more sympathy for the person who has a beautiful and developed voice. And this is no coincidence. After all, we live in a society where we constantly have to communicate with other people.

A person who has a developed voice can not only become a popular singer, but also easily find business partners; he is more likely to be accepted for any job related to communication or pronunciation of words. Such people are guaranteed to climb the career ladder.

How to develop (develop, train) your voice at home?

Deep and low tones of voice inspire confidence. People pay attention to such a voice and it’s nice to hear it. Therefore, if you have a high voice, then you need to give it more expressiveness and develop it. The lower a person’s voice, the more its owner gives the impression of a serious and balanced person.

Exercises for voice development

It is advisable to perform the exercises proposed below every day, preferably in the morning, so that from the early hours you can recharge your energy with the help of these exercises for the whole day. With these exercises you will not only develop your voice, but also improve your overall health.

Stand in front of the mirror. Inhale and as you exhale, pronounce each sound individually until you have enough breath. So, take a breath and begin:

1) sound – AND –

2) sound - E -

3) sound – A-

4) sound – O –

5) sound – U –

The sequence of these sounds is not random. " AND" is the highest frequency at which you begin the voice development exercise. If you place your palm on your head while pronouncing this sound, you can feel a slight vibration of the skin. This indicates improved blood circulation. Sound " E» activates the throat and neck area - by placing your hands on your neck, you can feel it. Sound " A» has a positive effect on the chest area. Pronouncing the sound " ABOUT"increases cardiac blood supply, and the sound " U"has a beneficial effect on the lower abdomen. One by one, slowly pronounce these sounds three times in a row. If you want your voice to be deeper and lower, then you need to pronounce the sound “U” more often during the day.

Further activating the abdominal and chest area– to do this, pronounce the sound “m” with your mouth closed. Do the exercise for the sound “M” three times. The first time very quietly, the second time louder, and the third time as loud as possible so that the vocal cords tense. If you place your palm on your stomach, you will feel a strong vibration.

Close attention should be paid to the sound “R”, as it gives energy and strength to the voice and helps improve pronunciation. Carry out preliminary preparations to relax your tongue: raise the tip of your tongue to the sky behind your front upper teeth and “growl” like a tractor. Exhale, inhale and start growling: “rrrr”. After growling, say emotionally and expressively the following words, highlighting the letter “r”:

- lilac

- and others.

Final "Tarzan exercise" which is also a good prophylaxis against myocardial infarction and colds (for example, to,). Stand up straight, first exhale deeply, and then inhale deeply. Clench your hands into fists. Say the sounds from the first exercise loudly (-I-E-A-O-U-) and at the same time beat your hands on your chest, as Tarzan did from the famous movie. Start with the sound - I - and beat yourself on the chest, then the sound - E - and so on. When you finish the exercise, you will notice how your lungs are cleared of mucus, your breathing becomes freer, and you are recharged with energy. Clear your throat thoroughly, ridding your body of everything unnecessary. The Tarzan exercise should be done only in the morning, as it has an energizing and stimulating effect.

After three months of performing these voice development exercises, compare your results with those at the beginning of training. To do this, before starting the exercises, record your voice on a tape recorder or other sound recording device. You will find that your voice has changed significantly during this time. It has become more powerful, which means you can speak more convincingly and better influence other people through your words.

As a result of voice development training, not only your voice, but also your thoughts become deeper and calmer. The lower and deeper the voice, the deeper it settles in the mind, which means the greater the impact your words have on other people. Never stop working on your voice - it is, in a sense, your calling card. If you stop working on it, it will wither, just as muscles wither if an athlete stops pumping them.

A properly trained voice is necessary not only for performing serenades. If a person knows that he will not let him down at a crucial moment, he remains confident and achieves what he wants more quickly. Such a gift is rarely given by nature, but there are techniques with which you can create your own voice.

If you are determined to learn how to sing beautifully or you are tired of your voice revealing all your emotions that you would not want to show to others, then know that developing your voice yourself is only possible through long and hard work. You will need the ability to concentrate your attention extremely, and not give in to laziness. If it is difficult for you alone to fight your absent-mindedness and unwillingness to work, then, without wasting time, look for a teacher. When starting self-study, you must first learn proper breathing. This way the diaphragm will develop. We train standing or sitting, the main thing is to keep your back straight and your body relaxed. In one of these poses we begin to breathe correctly:
  • We inhale smoothly, as if trying to feel the aroma of the flower.
  • We exhale, imagining that there is a dandelion in front of us, and we are blowing the fluff off it. The hand is on the diaphragm. When exhaling, you should feel resistance, which should increase over time.
  • Now we put a mirror in front of us. On one breath we reproduce the sounds I, E, A, O, U. On the last breath, all the air leaves, the diaphragm retracts.
  • We close our lips, our teeth are free. We moo with increasing force. This way the voice gains power.
  • Now growl or speak using words with the letter P, placing emphasis on it. The ligaments will relax.
  • We enter the image of Tarzan. We shout I, E, A, O, U and at the same time create a vibration by beating ourselves on the chest. The throat and lungs will be free of mucus.
A voluminous, deep voice with a unique timbre can be developed by increasing the power of sound amplifiers, i.e. upper and lower resonators. So let's get started:
  • Inhale quickly through your nose. Exhaling, we ask: “M?” Get a feeling of vibration in your nose and lips.
  • Take a deep breath through your nose. We exhale, saying something like “boom”, “dumm”, “rumm” until we achieve the same effect as in the previous exercise.
  • We stand with our hands on our chest and say “O” or “U”, leaning forward slightly. If everything is correct, then the chest should vibrate.
It happens that when a person speaks or sings, it seems that he has porridge in his mouth. Well-developed articulation will help get rid of this phenomenon, i.e. very mobile lips, tongue, jaw. Tongue twisters and the following training are effective: If you are not going to sing, then you can stop with these exercises. If your plans go further, but there is no natural ear, then you will have to master solfeggio and special
