  • multi-tariff digital meters and other models.

All new generation electric meters have threshold current load values ​​from 40-60 A, accuracy class 2 or 1, service life of at least 16 years.

General requirements

  • The installed electric meter must comply with the list of devices that have been certified and approved for use in Russia;
  • After repairing, checking or replacing the old meter, a representative of the energy sales company is invited. He seals, checks the correct connection, registers the device, draws up an acceptance certificate, which indicates whose meter it is, the readings at the time of commissioning and the serial number of the product. One copy of the act is given to the owner or consumer;
  • For ease of reading, it is recommended to install electric meters at least 1.7 m from the floor level;

Another way to check is to simply call a specialist from an organization that supplies energy resources. In this case, you will have to pay for the procedure from your own funds.
