Electric boilers GALAN GALAX 9

The GALAX series electric boiler belongs to devices operating in closed-type heating systems with forced circulation coolant with the recommended most economical mode - the temperature at the entrance to the boiler is 35-45 ° C. The boiler operates in automatic mode with minimal maintenance. The device is equipped with systems that protect heating wiring from accidents:

coolant flow monitoring system,
safety valve.

The boiler is also equipped with circulation pump, pressure gauge and automatic air release valve.

For economy series boilers, only a pressure gauge and an automatic air release valve are installed in the hydraulic part.

Modern electronic system control ensures reliable operation in automatic mode, simple maintenance and high level thermal comfort in heated rooms A three-stage power control system allows you to alternately connect power stages to reduce the load on the network and also turn them off as the system warms up to increase the efficiency of the boiler. The control system provides for the connection of external devices for regulating the air temperature in the room.

The boilers are powered from a 3-phase network alternating current with a solidly grounded neutral voltage of 380 V with a frequency of 50 Hz. The quality of electricity must comply with GOST R54149-2010.
The boiler body has a degree of protection IP40 in accordance with GOST 14254-96, climatic modification UHL4 in accordance with GOST 16350.
Protection class electric shock 1 according to GOST 27570.0-87. For normal operation of the boiler, the following conditions are necessary:
the maximum temperature of the room in which the boiler is installed is from +70°C to +40°C; working - from +100 to +35°С, unless there are other requirements;
relative air humidity at 20°C - no more than 75%;
environment- non-explosive, does not contain aggressive gases and vapors that destroy metal and insulation, as well as industrial dust in quantities that destroy or disrupt the operation of the boiler.
The coolant used is any for heating systems with pH = 6.5-8.5. You can use ordinary drinking water San PiN2.1.4.559-96, distilled, melted snow, rain, (filtered), non-freezing glycol coolants or their mixture-1 with a freezing point not lower than -40°C. The maximum permissible pressure in the heating system before the emergency valve is activated is 3 bar.

Operating mode - long.

Heating element and electrode boilers: operating principle, advantages and disadvantages

Today there is a large number of heating equipment on the market that runs on various fuels. The most reliable and simplest are electric models. Let's consider electric heating elements and electrode boilers. Heating element boilers are visually attractive equipment that provides wall installation, ease of installation and compact dimensions. They have starting and temperature control valves that ensure maintaining the required temperature in… read in full >

Electric boilers

Electric boilers are modern heating boilers that use electricity as fuel. Electric boilers are used both for equipping private homes and for heating at commercial facilities, that is, according to their purpose, they are divided into domestic and industrial heating boilers. The use of electric boilers is relevant where power outages rarely occur and where there is enough power for normal operation of electric boilers, since... read in full >

Selecting a heating boiler

Heating boilers are stationary devices that generate thermal energy during fuel combustion. The thermal energy they generate is transferred to the liquid carrier (water), hence another name - hot water boilers. Heating boilers differ in the types of fuel they operate on. There are electric, gas, solid fuel, diesel, as well as combined heating boilers. Depending on their purpose, heating boilers are divided into: single-circuit, which... read in full >

Which boiler is better

It is probably impossible to unequivocally answer the question which boiler is better. For people with different incomes, under different operating conditions, both completely different boilers and, possibly, the same units will be suitable. It’s good that nowadays there is a fairly wide choice, it’s just that before settling on the final option, you need to carefully familiarize yourself with the assortment and consult with specialists. At the same time, you must be prepared for the fact that each of... read in full >

How to choose a boiler

In order to choose the best boiler for your own home, you need to know what types of boilers there are, and follow a few simple rules that allow you to choose best option for specific conditions. So, boilers for heating and hot water supply are single-circuit and double-circuit, they can operate at various types fuel, be made from cast iron or steel, vary in cost and manufacturer, and have other strengths and weaknesses of their own. Single-circuit boilers… read in full >

Steam boilers

A steam boiler is heating unit, designed to create saturated or superheated steam and heat water by burning fuel and converting chemical energy into thermal energy. Steam boilers can operate on gas, liquid and solid fuel. There are steam boilers low pressure and high pressure steam boilers. Their design is characterized by reliability and durability. Low pressure steam boilers can be used in the food industry to clean… read in full >
